Our human bodies down to our very DNA are crystalline in structure, causing it to respond and resonate with the vibrations of sound and everything around us. We have the ability to reprogram how we are. Powerful shifts can be triggered as vibrational imbalances can be moved towards equilibrium.
A sound bath can be in a group or in a 1-1 situation, I offer both at my home as well as where clients need me to be. I can hold a sound bath with my Alchemy Crystal Bowls or with my gong. in a sound bath, the participants lay down and receive the sound frequencies emitted by the bowls or gongs.
Group Sound Bath.
The Alchemy Singing Bowl’s tones and vibrations fill the space to create a deeply sensory experience. The energy is co-created by the group present for the sound bath which can enhance the depth of the experience as the energy carries between participants and joint intention is multiplied.

During the Crystal Sonic Therapy, I will be moving the bowls through your biofield and playing them at key energy points which will facilitate the flow of energy.

A 1-1 sound healing treatment is a session completely personalised to your needs to facilitate your own journey. It can be balancing, energising, calming, or working through specific questions of your life.

What are Alchemy Crystal Bowls?
My beautiful Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are made out of 99.992% pure quartz crystal; the hexagonal structure of Quartz crystals makes the sound frequency of the bowls very clear, direct, pure and resonant – perfect for healing.
